What Alexis Sanchez did on the bench after being substituted in Man Utd win vs Reading. Alexis Sanchez suffered mild embarrassment after sitting down in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's chair on the Manchester United bench after coming off in their FA Cup third round win over Reading.
Sanchez appeared confused after being informed he had to move by assistant manager Mike Phelan, who pointed to Sanchez to move to the row in front.
Solskjaer, who has now overseen five straight victories in charge at Old Trafford, saw the funny side, laughing as Sanchez awkwardly shifted.
Goals from Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku helped United to progress to the fourth round of the cup, while Sanchez's injury is not thought to be serious. Solskjaer's squad will now head to Dubai for a mini training camp ahead of next week's game vs Tottenham.
Solskjaer admitted his side can still improve on many things and hopes they can be fitter with the aid of the warm weather in Dubai.
"We learn a lot, every single day we work," he said. "We need some fitness work and relations. I put together a team that had never played together and we're through, so that's good.
"We knew they would come and play, they did well. When we had possession, we gave it away to easily. A lot of things to improve on.
"We're going to have some days to recover and then we'll train hard for Wembley against Spurs."
